Smart Office Automation, a growing Automated Document Management currently has an opportunity for the right candidates. We are looking for an experienced copier and printer technician who will be responsible for the service, maintenance, and customer satisfaction of our customers. Candidates trained on Sharp, HP, Canon or Kyocera are preferred.
Your responsibilities will be:
Maintain a 100% customer satisfaction- Represent Smart Office Automation in a professional and ethical manner
- Call customers within 30 minutes of receiving a service request
- Respond to service calls within 4 hours
- Repair office equipment to customer satisfaction
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance
- Work in unison with customer’s onsite IT staff
- Handle connectivity issues related to printing and scanning
- Manage and maintain accurate car stock inventory
- Manage a daily service call activity average of 5 calls a day
- Open and close service calls through automated system
- Excellent communication with the customer and service management
Skills needed:
- Expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Strong networking and connectivity skills
- Proficient in written and oral communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking ability
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times
