Genuine Clean LLC is a small, growing cleaning company dedicated to providing high-quality, judgment-free cleaning services to our community. Many of our clients truly rely on our help, so we are looking for someone with a good heart, a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
Position: Part-Time Residential Cleaner
Hours: between 15-20 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday
- Monday day shift (day shifts typically start at 9:00am and are finished by 2:30pm)
- Tuesday day shift (day shifts typically start at 9:00am and are finished by 2:30pm)
- Wednesday day shift (day shifts typically start at 9:00am and are finished by 2:30pm)
- Thursday afternoon/evening shift (would act as support cleaning help for an afternoon cleaning and/or an evening commercial cleaning)
- Friday split shift (mornings at a commercial cleaning morning cleaning typically takes 1.75-2 hours and then the rest of the day free until 5:00 pm when the evening cleaning would begin and is another 2ish hour clean)
Location: Rapid City + surrounding areas
About the Role
You will primarily clean residential homes and some commercial properties to our company standards. To start, you will work alongside the owner for hands-on training. As you become comfortable with our process, you will gradually take on homes independently. Opportunity for additional hours based on business needs. We do sometimes experience cancellations and always try to do our best to fill those missed working hours for you within that same week.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential spaces (kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, etc.)
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety practices (outlined in training and always available in writing)
- Maintain professionalism in clients’ homes
- Communicate any issues or supply needs
- Protect client privacy and property at all times
