About the Role
As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will serve as a vital member of our operations team, ensuring the reliability and peak performance of our heavy-duty fabrication equipment. You will be responsible for proactive diagnostics, complex repairs, and the optimization of facility systems to drive continuous improvement in our production environment.
Responsibilities-
Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for CNC beam processors, hydraulic shears, press brakes, and plasma tables to minimize downtime.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues across a wide range of industrial machinery and overhead crane systems.

Maintain and repair facility infrastructure, including HVAC units, lighting, and electrical distribution systems.

Manage the upkeep of mobile equipment, including forklifts and specialized material handling vehicles, to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Collaborate with production staff and management to identify equipment bottlenecks and implement effective process improvements.

Maintain accurate service logs and documentation to track equipment health and regulatory compliance.

Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety, utilizing proper LOTO procedures and PPE at all times.

Proven experience in industrial maintenance, specifically with CNC machinery and hydraulic systems.

Strong proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, including single and three-phase power systems (120V-480V).

Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Demonstrated expertise in mechanical repair, pneumatics, and motor maintenance.

Valid forklift certification and experience with heavy material handling equipment.

Experience working within a structural steel or heavy manufacturing environment.

Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters.

Familiarity with industrial network lines and facility management software.
