What you’ll do as a Lead Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Associate):
-
Hours: 9am - 5pm. Every other weekend / Every other holiday rotation required.

Offers direction and guidance to the Life Enrichment team by providing daily objectives and scheduling team assignments.

Educates and trains new employees and current staff

Collaborates and communicates with staff, co-workers, and Life Enrichment Manager regarding schedule and planned activities

Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating all recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with facility policy, the resident’s care plan, and as directed by supervisors.

Actively invite, remind, and encourages all residents in the building to attend the activity, as applicable and appropriate.
