Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Representative II to provide front-line customer and product support in a fast-paced contact center environment. In this role, you will assist customers with product-related questions, troubleshoot issues, provide information on warranties and parts, and deliver exceptional customer service over the phone while accurately documenting each interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 phone support for customer inquiries and product-related issues.
Respond to general product questions, availability, and compatibility inquiries.
Assist customers with warranty registration, warranty coverage, and out-of-warranty support.
Research and provide information on parts and publications.
Support customer loyalty and rewards program inquiries.
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of customer service or customer support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Strong computer navigation, research, and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work assigned schedules, including occasional holidays and overtime as business needs require.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of agriculture, lawn and turf equipment, or utility vehicles.
Previous experience supporting customers in the agriculture, equipment, manufacturing, or technology industries.
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Communications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CST (8-hour shift).
Occasional Saturday shifts between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM CST.
Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime based on business needs.
Shift assignments are subject to change based on business volumes.
Training:
Comprehensive paid training provided.
Approximately 6 weeks of training, including classroom instruction and hands-on mentoring.
Full productivity is typically achieved within 3 to 4 months.
