Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender and Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties accurately while processing payments efficiently
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Monitor guest satisfaction continuously and address any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings, is highly desirable
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders effectively during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math for sales transactions
- Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixology is advantageous
