Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining attractive displays through merchandising and product knowledge
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely for loading, unloading, and inventory management
- Use RF scanners for accurate inventory control, shipping, receiving, and stock updates
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and participating in inventory management processes
- Support cashiering duties including processing transactions accurately and handling retail math with confidence
- Maintain cleanliness of the store environment by performing routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Previous retail store experience or warehouse operations background preferred but not required; training provided
- Ability to lift heavy loads safely following proper lifting practices; manual handling skills essential
- Familiarity with inventory control systems, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment is a plus
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for serving diverse customer needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, merchandising, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and assist customers confidently
- Basic math skills for retail transactions, inventory counts, and shipping/receiving procedures
