Dunstan Dental is a family-run, multi-provider dental practice with decades of history in the Scarborough community. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized person to join our front desk team and help create the welcoming experience our patients have come to know and trust.
We’re looking for someone with some front desk, customer service, dental, or medical experience, but we’re willing to train the right person!

What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional attitude
- Answer phones, emails, and patient questions
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Accept patient payments
- Verify dental insurance and review treatment plans
- Communicate with doctors, hygienists, assistants, and patients throughout the day
- Maintain accurate patient information and office records
- Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly

Dental or medical office experience is a plus, but not required. Customer service, reception, or other front-office experience is also valuable.
