Key Associates Signature Realty is hiring motivated real estate agents to join our team, with priority markets in Evansville IN, Owensboro KY, Louisville KY, and Bloomington IN, and a broader footprint along the Ohio River corridor — including Jasper, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Henderson, Santa Claus, Huntingburg, and Tell City.
Led by Kara Hinshaw, Key Associates Signature Realty is a growing team of roughly 75 agents with a goal of reaching 100–150. We lead with our All Inclusive Priority Access plan through our dedicated Leads Division, built to give agents real lead flow and full support from day one.
This opportunity is built for agents who want consistent lead flow, hands-on coaching, and a team that handles the operational and marketing work so agents can focus on clients.

Earning Potential
Key Associates offers agents a strong earning path with no monthly fee on the All Inclusive Priority Access plan, plus production-based Zillow bonuses and a full suite of included benefits that would otherwise come out of an agent's pocket.
Training & Support
New agents go through Reside RISE training plus EASE training directly with Kara, learning transactions and listing contracts step by step — most agents complete onboarding within one calendar month, with pond lead access from day one.
Ongoing training includes weekly team meetings, monthly brokerage meetings, 1-on-1 coaching, weekly Reside training and Script Inferno sessions, two general Zoom trainings per week, and the Reside AMPLIFY program.
Key Associates gives agents the infrastructure to stay focused on production, including:
- Transaction Coordinators
- Listing Coordinator
- A full marketing team, including in-house video editors for reels and listing videos
- ISA support
- Admin CRM setup and ongoing training
- Social media posting support
Agents also receive professional listing photos, a complimentary headshot, an agent spotlight video, and two home tour videos — all included as part of the team's benefits package.
Tech stack: Follow Up Boss (CRM), Maxa (design & marketing), Skyslope (transaction management), a personal agent website, and Google Suite.
