Job Description Overview
At Sterling Peak Cleaning, we are looking for professional residential house cleaners to join our growing cleaning network and help us provide clients with a reliable, detailed, and caring cleaning experience.

We are currently looking for experienced residential cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well, and can provide a high standard of service for our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other designated rooms.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and products to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Clean surfaces, appliances, windows, cabinets, floors, and other areas as needed based on the job checklist.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, wipe down surfaces, remove trash, and complete assigned cleaning tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service by being professional, reliable, and respectful in clients’ homes.
- Follow job details and cleaning checklists provided for each appointment.
- Communicate any issues, delays, damages, or concerns as soon as possible.
- Take before/after photos when required for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- 1+ year of residential cleaning experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation to reach client locations.
- Strong understanding of cleaning standards and best practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving light furniture when necessary.
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor.
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment preferred.
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
- Must be comfortable working in homes with pets when applicable.
- Must be willing to complete a background check if requested.
