We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in producing quality work and enjoys working in a fast-paced shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare metal parts for powder coating by cleaning, masking, and hanging parts.
- Operate sandblasting equipment.
- Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns.
- Load and unload curing ovens.
- Inspect finished parts to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Package completed parts for shipment or customer pickup.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Assist with general shop duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Powder coating experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Experience with sandblasting, painting, welding, or metal fabrication is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
