Subaru of Georgetown is looking for a hard-working Warehouse Associate to join our team! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, labeling, and storing incoming shipments. This individual must be organized and detail-oriented.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Daily inspections of inbound & outbound items
Un-boxing and re-boxing of products
Inspections required upon deliveries
Loading and unloading of trucks when needed
Helping with product returns and warranty scrap
Stocking and sorting of incoming parts
Maintaining a clean warehouse
Any other duties assigned
Qualifications:
Skills and Physical Requirements
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly through the course of the day without assistance.
Ability to operate manual material handling equipment, such as dollies and hand jacks.
Continuous walking, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching in a warehouse environment.
Ability to identify items on all paperwork including, but not limited to: customer orders and labels, manifest documents, packing lists, stock receipts, and bill of ladings as needed.
Basic computer skills that include some warehouse management systems.
Comfortable working independently and in a team environment while upholding the company's goals and core values.
Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed and or required
Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions in English
Must be able to put things in alphabetical & numerical order
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered
