Bar Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and lead a high-performing bar team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a solid understanding of beverage operations, inventory control, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage all day-to-day bar operations, including opening and closing procedures
● Train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar staff
● Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
● Oversee inventory management, ordering, stock rotation, and cost control
● Ensure compliance with alcohol laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies
● Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently
● Collaborate with management on budgeting, events, and business goals
● Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of the bar area
Qualifications
● Proven experience as a Bar Manager, Lead Bartender, or similar role
● Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and bar operations
● Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
● Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
● Experience with inventory systems and POS software
● Knowledge of local alcohol regulations and responsible service practices
● Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
