Asphalt Services of Ohio (ASO) is growing and looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our asphalt paving crews. We are hiring for multiple field positions, including experienced crew members, equipment operators, laborers, and foremen.

Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial asphalt paving and maintenance projects
- Operate or assist with construction equipment (experience preferred)
- Perform grading, prep work, raking, rolling, paving, and site cleanup
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew
- Follow project plans and directions from supervisors
- Help maintain equipment and keep job sites organized
Qualifications
- Previous asphalt, paving, construction, or heavy equipment experience is preferred but not required for all positions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Dependable with reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions
