Job Summary
The Process Technician will work closely with manufacturing and development in the transition and scaling of processes to a production-based and/or cleanroom environment. This will include training, safety, 5S, line clearance, process compliance, maintaining daily production schedules and quality compliance. Additionally, this role will include participation in continuous improvement, root cause analysis and schedule attainment. Lastly, the Process Technician will need to be proficient Laser Marking, Assembly, Cleaning and Preventative Maintenance of work areas, as directed by management.
Responsibilities
- Schedule attainment as directed by Management.
- Safety, cleanliness and organization of responsible work areas including cleanroom compliance.
- Quality compliance as defined by work instructions.
- Device History Record compliance.
- Measurement of Process compliance in accordance with Quality work plans.
- Training compliance across all specified work streams as directed by Management.
- Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives targeting Quality Improvements, Increased Production, and/or Improved use of Capital.
- Set-up of work areas including Laser Marking, Assembly/Testing and Cleanroom readiness.

- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment.
- Technical background including apprenticeships, trade school and/or engineering.
- Outstanding documentation and compliance to standards.
- Outstanding organizational skills, safety and line clearance is required.
- Detail oriented and experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
- Ability to use Quality Tools, Gages, Optical Comparators and Mechanical Performance Machines.
