Tractor Central is Western Wisconsin's leader in John Deere agricultural and turf equipment. We are currently accepting applicants for an Agricultural Equipment Sales person at our Mondovi location.
Agricultural Equipment Sales Job Requirements:
- Previous experience in agriculture, farming, equipment sales, construction, or a related industry preferred.
- Knowledge of agricultural equipment, implements, and farming practices.
- Familiarity with John Deere agricultural equipment and precision agriculture technology is a plus.
- Ability to explain equipment financing and payment options to customers.
- Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and other sales-related software.
- Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
Agricultural Equipment Sales Job Responsibilities:
- Sell new and used agricultural equipment and attachments in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend equipment, technology, and service solutions.
- Prepare and present sales quotes, proposals, and financing options.
- Maintain knowledge of current John Deere agricultural products, precision technology, programs, and competitive offerings.
- Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to dealership growth objectives.
