As a Entry level Sales and Management Trainee , you will engage with customers face-to-face, helping them understand available Frontier services while delivering a high level of customer service and completing new enrollments while working towards a management role.
Entry level Sales and Management Trainee Responsibilities
- Represent Frontier services in a retail setting as a Entry level Sales and Management Trainee
- Provide in-person customer service and answer questions about available plans
- Assist customers through the enrollment and account setup process
- Complete new sales transactions accurately and professionally
- Maintain a positive and professional brand image
- Work with Entry level Sales and Management Trainee team members to meet daily and weekly sales goals
- Track customer interactions and sales activity
- Participate in ongoing Entry level Sales and Management Trainee trainings and development, working towards a management role.
