Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Spa Attendant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in a relaxing spa environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate our CRM checking clients in and out.
- Sell spa products and provide product demos as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area
- Stock and replenish products as necessary
- Answer phone calls with proper etiquette and assist callers with inquiries
- Utilize retail math skills for inventory management
- skills are a plus to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transactions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a spa, retail, or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of spa products and services is advantageous
