About the Role
The Law Offices of Jacob Emran also known as CALL JACOB is hiring an onsite Paid Digital Media Manager to manage high-spend digital advertising campaigns in a fast-moving, highly competitive personal injury market.
This is not a set-it-and-forget-it media buying role. We need someone who is actively in theaccounts, reviewing performance daily, making constant campaign updates, tightening funnels,improving creative, and finding ways to increase qualified lead volume while controlling cost and wasted spend.
The right candidate has sharp attention to detail, real experience managing large paid media
budgets, and the ability to connect campaign performance to business outcomes. This rolerequires both analytical strength and creative judgment, including the ability to improve ad copy, graphics, landing pages, and overall funnel performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize high-spend paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, display, and other performance channels.
Monitor campaign performance daily, including spend, pacing, cost per lead, conversion rate, lead quality, and intake feedback.
Make frequent campaign updates based on performance data, market conditions, competitive changes, and lead quality trends.
Perform ongoing negative keyword research and optimization to reduce wasted spend.
Optimize funnels from ad click to landing page to call/form conversion.
Review search terms, audiences, placements, creatives, bids, budgets, and conversion data regularly.
Write and test strong direct-response ad copy for high-intent lead generation campaigns.
Work with designers or create/edit graphics for paid social, display, and other digital ad placements.
Identify weak points in campaigns and make clear recommendations to improve performance.●

Coordinate with intake, web, creative, and marketing teams to improve campaign results.
Stay available on weekends when urgent campaign adjustments or performance checks
are needed.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing high-spend paid digital advertising campaigns.
Strong Google Ads experience, including search campaign structure, keyword strategy, negative keyword optimization, and conversion tracking.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social creative testing.
Strong direct-response copywriting skills.
Strong graphics judgment and experience creating, reviewing, or improving ad creative.
Strong understanding of landing pages, conversion funnels, and lead generation performance.
Excellent attention to detail and comfort working inside ad accounts daily.
Ability to move quickly, spot problems, and optimize without waiting for long review cycles.
Experience in legal, personal injury, lead generation, home services, healthcare, or
another competitive local market is preferred.

Duties
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, and other social media platforms.
- Manage marketing campaign budgets meticulously to ensure effective allocation of resources while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing search terms for paid search marketing (SEM) campaigns.
- Utilize SEO tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- Perform media planning and buying by selecting optimal ad placements, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to maximize media performance analytics.
- Execute conversion optimization techniques to improve landing page effectiveness, increase click-through rates (CTR), and boost overall campaign ROI.
- Generate detailed web analytics reports using spreadsheets and pivot tables to track media performance metrics, analyze trends, and inform future strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on affiliate marketing initiatives and social media management to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay current with industry trends in paid search marketing (PPC), SEM, SEO tools, and digital marketing best practices to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
Skills
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of paid search marketing (PPC) campaign management.
- Expertise in managing budgets in a search marketing role with a focus on ROI maximization.
- Proficiency with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing Ads), Facebook Advertising, Twitter Ads, DoubleClick, and other media buying platforms.
- Skilled in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools for data-driven decision making.
- Strong knowledge of media planning, media performance analytics, conversion optimization techniques, and SEM strategies.
- Ability to conduct keyword research effectively using industry-standard SEO tools; familiarity with managing large datasets via spreadsheets and pivot tables.
- Experience with social media advertising across multiple platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn or Instagram.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting insights clearly through web analytics reporting dashboards.
- Familiarity with managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in budgeting and performance tracking.
