Corvallis Family Medicine (CFM) is looking for a motivated, team-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our team of professional healthcare providers and care team administrative support at our medical office located in beautiful Corvallis in Benton County in a full time role with occasional Saturdays. We are committed to using the latest in medical practices that focus on each patient as an individual, and we work to take care of the health and wellness of the whole person. This individual will prepare clinic patients for physical examinations, collect specimens, perform routine diagnostic tests and record health information in our EMR, patient outreach and team phone and message follow-up, and other back office duties related to team-based care. This is an exciting opportunity to not only be in one of the most critical roles, but have the opportunity to work with a wide-range of skilled professionals and serve a very diverse group of patients. Reliable transportation is required.
Required Minimum Qualifications/ Transferrable Skills:
Current certification/registration as a Medical Assistant by a nationally recognized program. (National certification programs include: American Association
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Current CMA licensure
- One or more years of medical assisting experience
- 2 or more years of Electronic Health Record experience preferred
- Prior clinic experience preferred
