If you’re the technician who enjoys figuring things out — not just swapping parts — keep reading...this position will challenge every skill you have.
We’re not looking for someone to just “do the job.” Our team is powered by technicians who diagnose, solve, and take ownership of real mechanical and electrical systems in the field. If you take pride in fixing things the right way and want to keep getting better — you’ll do well here.
If you’ve ever solved a problem no one else could, we're proud but didn’t make a big deal about it, and just moved on to the next job — that’s exactly who we’re looking for.
Rinderle Door has been serving Southeastern Wisconsin for nearly 40 years. We’re not filling seats — we’re building a team of professionals who take ownership and stand behind their work.
If you’re looking for work that challenges you and a place to grow — this is it.

You’ll work on commercial and industrial systems including:
- Overhead doors, dock equipment, and mechanical systems
- Electrical components, operators, and controls
- Troubleshooting issues that don’t always have obvious answers
This is not repetitive work - it can be very complex. And where it's easy, speed makes the difference.
Every day is different, and your ability to think matters more than memorizing tasks.

You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 3-5 years in a mechanical, electrical, or service-related role
- Enjoy troubleshooting and figuring things out
- Can work independently without needing constant direction
- Take ownership, pride in quality and finish what you start
- Communicate well with customers and teammates
