As a Salesperson at Pro Floors Philly, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales for our trades services. Your primary focus will be on leveraging the capabilities of ServiceTitan CRM to effectively manage and track sales activities, streamline customer interactions, and drive revenue growth. Your sales skills, combined with your knowledge of the trades industry and proficiency in ServiceTitan CRM, will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Use ServiceTitan CRM to identify and qualify homeowners in the Philadelphia metro area interested in flooring replacement or new installation.
- Generate leads through ServiceTitan's lead management tools, referrals, local networking (contractors, realtors, designers), and online inquiries.
- Manage and track all leads in ServiceTitan, ensuring accurate data entry (address, project scope, timeline, budget) and timely follow-up on every inquiry.
In-Home Consultations & Relationship Building
- Conduct in-home consultations to measure spaces, assess subfloor conditions, and understand the homeowner's style preferences, budget, and timeline.
- Pull up customer history and prior communications in ServiceTitan before each visit so consultations feel personalized, not like a cold pitch.
- Educate homeowners on flooring options (materials, durability, maintenance, pricing tiers) to help them make a confident, informed decision.
Estimates, Proposals & Presentations
- Use ServiceTitan's quoting tools to build accurate, itemized estimates on-site, including material, labor, and any subfloor prep or removal costs.
- Present multiple options (good/better/best) tailored to the homeowner's stated budget and priorities.
- Follow up on outstanding proposals promptly, using ServiceTitan reminders/tasks to stay on top of the pipeline.
Closing & Handoff
- Close sales and hit assigned monthly/quarterly quotas, managing your pipeline and deal stages in ServiceTitan.
- Once a deal closes, coordinate with scheduling and the install team through ServiceTitan to ensure a smooth handoff — correct measurements, material orders, and install date communicated clearly to the customer.
- Follow up post-installation to confirm satisfaction and generate referrals/reviews.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Use ServiceTitan's reporting dashboard to track your close rate, average ticket size, and revenue generated.
- Review weekly/monthly performance with sales management, using ServiceTitan data to spot trends (e.g., which lead sources convert best, which price points stall).
- Contribute ideas for process improvement based on what you're seeing in the field and in the data.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Salesperson in the trades industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge and experience using ServiceTitan CRM or similar CRM platforms for lead management, sales tracking, and customer relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the trades industry and familiarity with the challenges and requirements of trades services sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions using ServiceTitan CRM analytics.
