Our top-performing Farmers Insurance agency in Costa Mesa is hiring a Korean-speaking Sales Representative to join our team. Whether you have insurance experience or a strong sales background, we provide the training, leads, and support to help you succeed quickly.
This is a fast-paced, high-opportunity role where you’ll work with warm leads daily, close new business, and grow your income through uncapped commissions and bonuses.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with daily inbound leads and live call transfers
- Quote and sell auto and home insurance policies
- Build and manage your own pipeline through consistent follow-up
- Identify cross-sell opportunities, including life insurance
- Provide a strong, professional customer experience from start to finish
- Track activity and manage leads using our CRM system
- Assist with basic policy updates and follow-ups as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual Korean highly preferred
- Sales experience preferred (any industry - we’ll train insurance)
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
- Willing to obtain a Property/Casualty license (we can guide you)
