Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and dedicated Construction Laborers to join our team in building high-quality Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings. As a Construction Laborer, you will be vital in supporting skilled tradespeople by performing a variety of manual tasks, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision throughout the construction process. Responsibilities
- Assist with the assembly, installation, and erection of Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings according to schematics and blueprints
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities
- Perform metal building framing, metal stud framing, and roof installation tasks with precision
- Support concrete forming, rebar installation, concrete finishing, and masonry work as needed on site
- Handle heavy lifting and material movement to ensure smooth workflow across the job site
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to interpret schematics and blueprints for accurate construction execution
- Assist with siding, stucco application, trim carpentry, plastering, roofing, woodworking, restoration, and remodeling projects when required
Experience
- Prior experience working on construction sites with exposure to metal building erection or general construction is highly preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and scaffolding setup
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and protocols
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Basic understanding of carpentry skills such as framing, trim carpentry, siding installation, and roofing techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
