Position: Front Desk / Office Assistant

AEC Solar is seeking a friendly, organized Front Desk / Office Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, directing inquiries, coordinating communication between departments, and helping keep our office running smoothly.

Serve as the first point of contact for customers by answering and directing incoming phone calls.

Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional experience.

Monitor and respond to customer inquiries.
- Help customers find answers and connect them with the appropriate team member.
- Maintain customer records and communication logs.
- Ensure customers receive timely updates throughout their project experience.
- Provide administrative support and assist with general office operations as needed.
- Help maintain the copy room, kitchen, and office supply areas.

Compensation: Hourly, paid bi-weekly
Pay Range: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
