Join Our Friendly and Busy Dental Practice!
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and patient-focused Part-Time Bilingual Dental Receptionist to join our growing team. If you have dental office experience, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you(Serious applicants who meet the position requirements only)!
Schedule
- Mondays and Fridays
- Two Saturdays per month
- Approximately 3 days per week (additional schedule details will be discussed during the interview)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of dental office experience required
- Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal communication skills in both languages
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office
- Experience with Dentrix is preferred but not required

- Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude
- Verify insurance benefits and maintain accurate patient records
- Manage front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Support the clinical team to help ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide outstanding customer service to patients and their families
