Whiskey Cowgirl is looking for a full time / part time manager to help us succeed into the future. Whiskey Cowgirl is one of a kind in Chattanooga with 4 different bars, a heated swimming pool with a swim up bar, a big stage for local country superstars, amazing chef inspired cuisine, and much more!
Job responsibilities include:
* Daily checklist of closing duties
* Ensure smooth operation between bartenders, servers, and guests
* Keeping an eye on patrons for maintaining appropriate behavior
* Communicating with senior management on any issues you see
* Cash handling , counting, end of day deposits
* Organizing and an eye for details
* Being involved in new ideas, suggestions, and pushing products
Managers are glorified bussers and we expect hands on team members. This isn't a role suited for those who like to only dictate. Delegation is important but so is getting your hands dirty.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
