Great Work Employment is seeking a reliable Facilities Maintenance Assistant for an immediate 1st shift opening in the Cleveland/Euclid area.
We're looking for someone with cleaning/janitorial experience who is also comfortable performing light building maintenance, such as changing light bulbs, minor repairs, and other basic facility upkeep.
Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning break rooms, hallways, lobby areas, and restrooms
Garbage removal and maintaining a clean facility
Light maintenance and building repairs
Responding to daily maintenance requests and changing priorities
Working independently in a fast-paced, organized environment
Requirements:
Previous janitorial, porter, or facilities cleaning experience
Ability to perform light maintenance tasks
Strong attendance and reliability
Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
