Position Summary
As a Bartender at Epoch at Exeter Inn, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate has strong mixology skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced, upscale environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, accuracy, and creativity
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless and timely service
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain presentation standards
- Engage guests with professionalism, personality, and genuine hospitality
- Follow all responsible alcohol service guidelines and local regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in an upscale or high-volume environment preferred
- Strong mixology skills and knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
