Facilities & Maintenance Assistant
The Facilities & Maintenance Assistant will assist the Facilities Manager with maintaining all facilities and performing regular cleaning tasks.
This position is supervised by the Facilities & Maintenance Manager and the Controller.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Complete minor repair work
- Perform basic plumbing tasks
- Perform regular cleaning duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Oversee the work of contracted vendors
- Promptly respond to requests for emergency repairs and clean-ups
- Attend safety and other required meetings
- Other duties as assigned

- Proven general maintenance experience
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools as well as cleaning equipment

· Working Conditions: Loud noise and exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Some conditions vary depending on the physical structure and layout of the location. These specifics should be reviewed with your manager.
mINIMUM Hiring Requirements
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· 18 years or older
· Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
· A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
· Clear pre-employment drug screen
