In this vital role, you will support a wide range of HR activities, from talent acquisition and onboarding to employee relations and benefits administration. Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday or iCIMS.
- Coordinate new employee orientation sessions and facilitate onboarding procedures to ensure seamless integration into the organization.
- Support employee evaluation and performance management initiatives by gathering data, preparing reports, and tracking progress within HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
- Manage benefits administration tasks including enrollment, changes, and compliance with regulations such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation policies.
- Maintain accurate HR records through data entry and document management in systems like UltiPro or Paychex while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Assist with employee relations activities by organizing training & development programs, supporting conflict management efforts, and facilitating communication across teams.
- Contribute to strategic planning efforts such as succession planning, affirmative action planning, and organization design initiatives to support workforce management goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles supporting HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements related to workforce management.
- Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or ADP; experience with Excel data analysis is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with recruiting tools like Taleo or Lever and social media management for talent sourcing is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive employee information accurately and professionally.
