The Cage Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising all cage and vault personnel, activities, and accountability and ensuring cage policies and procedures and IRGC rules and regulations are being followed.

Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

Supervise cage cashiers in their regular shift duties.

Supervise vault cashiers in their regular shift duties.

Responsible for ensuring accurate and secure operation of the cashier cages and vault on assigned shift.

Implements and maintains policies and procedures that maximize the cashing of negotiable instruments and intra-departmental transactions on an assigned shift.

Maintain professional working relationships with other departments personnel, including Slots, Table Games, Food & Beverage, Retail Outlets, Golf Course, Hotel and Spa, Security, Surveillance and Account

Access to sensitive areas includes the cashier cage, vault, count room and files and therefore, the highest levels of integrity and honesty are essential for this function.

Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.

Basic knowledge of gaming control regulations.

This knowledge and these abilities are typically acquired through three years' experience in cashiering or banking operations and/or through a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field and one-year closely related experience.
