POSITION OVERVIEW
Maple Donuts is seeking a highly entrepreneurial and strategic Director of Foodservice Sales to build, lead, and scale our foodservice channel. Foodservice business is a significant opportunity for growth and market expansion.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who brings deep foodservice experience and can independently develop and execute a go-to-market strategy. The Director of Foodservice Sales will be responsible for establishing new customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and building a scalable foundation for long-term success.
This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
REQUIRES SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 7–10+ years of experience in foodservice sales, with a strong understanding of channel dynamics
- Proven track record of building or scaling a foodservice business or territory
- Established network within foodservice operators, distributors, or brokers is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results without significant oversight
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings
- Direct experience in ISB bakery or private label
- Proven track record managing large retail accounts
