We're looking for a medical professional (medical assistant, surgical tech) to support our medical and aesthetics staff at Medical Procedures Center & Aesthetic Care in Midland! This is a great opportunity to be part of an expert-led team where clinical safety and patient care come first. We are open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
What You’ll Do:
- Clinical Support: Assist our lead providers during procedures, prepare patients for examinations and procedures, obtain vital signs and document patient information accurately. Prepare, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment. Set up and break down procedure rooms. Ensure exam and procedure rooms are stocked and organized. Perform additional clinical duties as assigned.
- Patient Care: Educate patients on procedures and ensure patient comfort throughout their visit.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to medical safety protocols, sanitation standards, and HIPAA regulations; ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth, professional, and efficient patient experience from the moment they arrive until their follow-up.
What We’re Looking For:
- Credentials: Medical Assistant certification and/or Surgical Technologist certification.
- Experience: Previous experience in medical aesthetics or the medical field is highly valued
- Communication: A warm, professional bedside manner with the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to patients.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous, organized, and reliable, with a strong commitment to maintaining a sterile and safe environment.
- Team Spirit: A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to multitask in a busy, upscale environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
