Job Summary
Congregation Beth HaTephila in Asheville, North Carolina is seeking an experienced security and safety professional with mechanical ability in a commercial environment and a passion for fostering a secure and welcoming atmosphere. This individual must be a highly organized, strategic, and proactive thinker who will lead the security, safety, and facilities management functions for the organization. Must be data-driven, analytical, and knowledgeable about infrastructure needs. This individual must be a collaborative leader of volunteers and must work well with community stakeholders.
Requirements include:
- Previous facility safety/security experience
- Willingness to be On-site,
- 32 to 36-hour work week,
- Willingness to work on-call as needed,
- Firearm certification eligibility
- Strong computer skills.
