Stockroom Coordinator
Location: Santa Ana, CA
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stockroom Coordinator to join our manufacturing operations in Santa Ana, CA. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has strong organizational skills, and takes pride in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting production operations.
What You'll Do
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and unfinished goods.
- Process inventory transactions accurately using an inventory management system (AS400 experience is a plus).
- Pull materials for production work orders and deliver them to the appropriate departments on time.
- Maintain organized stock locations and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory control processes.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (as required).
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure production deadlines are met.
- Assist in other warehouse or stockroom duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of warehouse, stockroom, inventory, or materials handling experience preferred.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good math, reading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling materials.
- Comfortable working in both warehouse and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment when required.
