Part-Time Retail Sales & Product Associate

Inline Vape Stores is looking for Part-Time Retail Sales & Product Associates to join our team at multiple store locations. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning about products, and helping create a positive in-store shopping experience.
In this role, you will assist customers with product questions, support daily store operations, and help maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Associates are expected to provide honest, helpful recommendations while making sure customers feel comfortable and informed.
Job Duties
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Help customers choose products based on their needs and preferences
- Answer product-related questions clearly and accurately
- Recommend additional items or upgrades when they are useful and appropriate
- Operate the POS system and process customer transactions accurately
- Handle cash, card payments, and receipts responsibly
- Assist with opening and/or closing the store as scheduled
- Restock shelves and organize merchandise throughout the store
- Maintain clean, attractive product displays
- Keep the sales floor neat, safe, and welcoming
- Help with inventory counts, stock checks, audits, and reporting
- Follow company procedures, store policies, and compliance standards
- Communicate professionally with managers, coworkers, and customers
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or vape industry experience is a plus
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
- Detail-oriented and able to stay organized during shifts
- Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system
- Honest, respectful, and professional in all interactions
- Willing to learn about products, store procedures, and industry requirements
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for part-time scheduling, including some evenings and/or weekends as needed

Pay: $14.30 - $17.30 per hour
