We are currently seeking a Service Plumber Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Report on the work that was done including detailed description and photos, using Field Service Mgmt software on mobile phone
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years previous experience in maintenance or other related field or education/certification
- Familiarity with all aspects of plumbing maintenance tools and equipment
- Prefer experience with Field Services Mgmt software or similar application, but willing to train
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Willing to work nights and weekends on occasion
- Customer Service minded
- Clean DMV driving record
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screening and criminal/credit background check prior to final employment commencement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
