Easy & Quick Trans is a family-owned refrigerated carrier based in Schaumburg, IL, operating for over 12 years with a growing fleet of 80+ trucks. We are hiring experienced CDL-A OTR drivers who want consistent miles, strong weekly pay, and a company that values performance and safety.
Pay & Compensation
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,700 – $2,300+

Top Drivers: $1,750+ per week

Pay Rate: $0.62 – $0.70 CPM (based on endorsements)

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A License

Minimum 2 years OTR experience within the last 3 years

Clean driving record (MVR)

Ability to run OTR routes, including nights & early mornings

Mountain driving experience preferred

Knowledge of DOT regulations, inspections, and reefer operations
Endorsements
- Tanker endorsement (must obtain within 45 days)

Hazmat endorsement (must obtain within 90 days)

TWIC card (within 45 days preferred)
