HVAC Install Technician
This is an exciting time to join our growing home install team! We would love to ADD an experienced Install Technician to our team- We have lots of growth opportunities and a great team culture! Basic Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally. Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the job
Maintain a clean, organized and professional work environment
Install, assemble, and set up equipment systems or products at customer locations. Troubleshoot and resolve basic installation issues on-site
Ensure all installations meet safety codes and quality standards
Document completed work, including materials used and any issues encountered
Travel to job sites and manage time efficiently to meet scheduled appointments
Compliance and Safety: Adhere to appliance standards and Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Follow service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
Technical Training: Actively participate in technical training sessions to enhance your knowledge and stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Team Player: Possess a collaborative mindset and thrive in a fast-paced organization.
- Valid driver's license.
- Completion of a vocational, training, or apprenticeship program in HVAC
- Current HVAC technician license or certification
- Strong understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning and heating.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills.

Compensation: hourly, based upon experience.
