The Sales Associate focuses on delivering excellent customer service to current and future members. They are efficient in completing their front office tasks & have an entrepreneurial spirit. Sales background is preferred, however training is provided. Must be comfortable holding conversations & building rapport with future members and making phone calls. Able to work independently & maintain consistency in the work process.

JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Completes assigned tasks both prospect & member related
- Able to articulate well in person & over the phone
- Discusses membership options with future members
- Greets members and guests promptly, enthusiastically and with a smile to create a friendly positive entrance into the Club Pilates studio
- Efficient and organized at follow through with daily checklists
- Responds immediately to member requests, inquiries and concerns.
- Works closely with management and instructors to ensure all processes are completed accurately
- Responsible for attending and participating in all relative Club Pilates training programs and outreach events
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills (experience working in a sales quota bearing structure highly preferred)
- Solid verbal and written communication skills required
- Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
- Functional computer skills required -- MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use
- Must be excited about Health & Fitness, & helping people
- High school diploma required.
- Must have flexibility to work morning, evenings, and weekends.
FULL TIME AND PART TIME
