Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) | 2026-2027 School Year
AnthroMed Education is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary district partner for the 2026-2027 school year.
This position is a full school year opportunity covering multiple maternity leaves, making it an excellent fit for an SLP who enjoys variety, collaboration, and supporting students across different service delivery models.
Position Overview
This role will begin by supporting two elementary school maternity leaves and will transition within the district throughout the school year. Candidates should be comfortable with changing assignments and collaborating closely with district staff to ensure continuity of services.
September – Early November
Elementary School Building
- Solo SLP in the building
- Caseload of approximately 45 students
- Students primarily in General Education and Resource settings
- Shared office space with other related service providers
November – December Transition Period
- Opportunity to overlap with both SLPs to support a smooth handoff of services
- Gradual transition to next building as responsibilities are finalized at the first building
December – Spring Break
Elementary School Building
- Collaborative setting with another SLP in the building
- Caseload of approximately 45 students
- Students primarily in ASD and center-based classrooms
- Service delivery includes:
- Push-in therapy
- Small group intervention
- Co-treatment opportunities
- AAC implementation and support
- Shared office space
After Spring Break
The clinician will remain within the district for the remainder of the school year, though the specific caseload and assignment will be determined based on district needs. Candidates should be flexible and comfortable supporting a variety of student populations.
