Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Our skilled nursing facility is dedicated to providing high-quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
About the Role:
As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Aspire Senior Living Excelsior Springs, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Collaborating with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our nursing staff
Participating in resident activities and promoting a positive and engaging environment
Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our facility's policies and procedures
High school diploma or equivalent required
