SENIOR HOSPITALITY LEADER
The Senior Hospitality Leader is responsible for driving performance, culture, and consistency at the highest level within the store. You lead by example, develop your team, and ensure all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Happy Ice standards.
You create a culture of joy through excellence by holding the team accountable, maintaining strong systems, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Through leadership, organization, and attention to detail, you ensure the store operates at a high level every day.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate, coach and ensure our company standards.
- Minimize product waste.
- Build a culture of joy through excellence
- Oversee daily operations
- Train and develop Hospitality Leaders and Associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and place supply orders.
- Set and communicate daily goals.
- Handle guest escalations with warmth and resolution
- Create and manage staff schedules to meet labor targets
- Review weekly performance and labor reports
- Schedule maintenances and repairs
- Lead local store marketing efforts
- Operate company vehicles in full compliance with all applicable local driving laws.
- Participate in interviewing
- Ensure accurate cash handling.
- Demonstrate and encourage team communication.
EVENT & CATERING RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute, coordinate logistics for off-site catering setups and pop-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with event planners and venues
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years in food service or retail leadership.
- Mobile with valid drivers license
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Food handler certification (or willing to obtain)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Experience with event or catering coordination a plus
- Passion for creating joyful guest experiences.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
