We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Grading Equipment Operator to join our team in the Greenville County area. We need a skilled professional who can step onto the site, take initiative, and work efficiently without constant supervision. If you are self-motivated, safety-conscious, and have a strong track record in precision grading, we want to hear from you.
Requirements & Qualifications
Equipment Expertise: Must be proficient in operating a John Deere 550G LT Bulldozer.
Multi-Equipment Proficiency: Proven experience and strong understanding of operating a Excavator, Backhoe, and Skid Steer.
Operate an on site dump truck.
Experience: Solid background in heavy equipment operation, specifically in precision grading, leveling, and site preparation.
Safety First: Strong knowledge of construction site safety regulations and protocols.
Reliability: Dependable transportation to commute to job site in Travelers Rest.

Responsibilities
Operate the bulldozer, excavator, backhoe, and skid steer equipment efficiently, productively, and safely.
Perform grading, leveling, and material-moving tasks as required by the project.
Conduct routine daily maintenance and safety checks on all assigned machinery to ensure proper and safe functioning.
Interpret project plans/instructions and execute tasks accurately and on schedule.
Maintain clear and effective communication with team members to coordinate work activities on-site.
