As a Team Member, you’ll prepare fresh smoothies and food items, maintain a clean and organized workspace. Duties
- Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately according to established recipes and standards
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions efficiently
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling menu items to enhance their experience and increase sales
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and ensuring food safety protocols are followed
- Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving orders promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support kitchen operations through basic food prep tasks, stocking supplies, and managing food storage areas
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or quick service restaurant environments is preferred but not required; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
