*We are looking to fill multiple positions on our team. As a Waiter/Waitress at Libations Winery you primarily responsible to ensure guests have an excellent dining experience by providing stellar customer service. They play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere for patrons.
Responsibilities
As a Waiter/Waitress, your duties will include:
- Greeting and Escorting Customers:
- Welcome guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
- Create a friendly and welcoming environment.
- Menu Presentation and Recommendations:
- Present the menu to customers and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., portion sizes, ingredients, or potential food allergies).
- Offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Upsell additional products (such as appetizers, desserts, or drinks) when appropriate.
- Table Preparation:
- Set up tables with linens, silverware, and glasses.
- Ensure a clean and inviting dining area.
- Order Taking and Communication:
- Accurately record food and drink orders using a POS (Point of Sale) system, order slips, or memorization.
- Relay order details promptly to the Kitchen Staff.
- Verify customers’ IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consuming alcoholic beverages.
- Food and Beverage Service:
- Serve food and drinks to customers.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
- Handle any special requests or modifications.
- Bill Collection and Payment:
- Present bills to customers and process payments.
- Handle cash, credit cards, or other payment methods.
- Multi-Tasking and Teamwork:
- Juggle various front-of-the-house duties efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the Kitchen Staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Shifts and Availability:
- Be prepared to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: $7.25 - $50.00 per hour
