Overview
We are seeking an Experienced Production Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing processes, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience working alongside multiple departments. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production operations within a dynamic facility that values safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Candidates with warehouse experience and familiarity with forklift operation are highly preferred. The position is full-time and involves hands-on work supporting assembly, equipment operation, and material handling tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily production activities.
- Track schedules and material availability to keep work orders on plan.
- Identify, escalate, and help resolve production issues.
- Partner with engineering to correct discrepancies and maintain bills of materials.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, preferred.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven internal customer service mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining high attention to detail and safety standards.
