Must be mechanically inclined, able to fix and maintain equipment, such as; (but not limited to), lawn mowers, bikes, tractors, golf carts, large equipment, and hand tools. Duties consist of (but are not limited to) lawn mowing (hand and riding) and be able to maintain lawnmowers, golf carts, and hand equipment. Maintain and provide maintenance on cabins, cottages, and all buildings at the campground. Building experience a plus! This position requires you to be able to do moderate to heavy physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds at a time, be outside in all types of climate, standing, walking ½ mile at a time. This position requires you to have experience, be efficient and extremely attentive to detail. Other duties may include, but not limited to, is that of the grounds and pool ranger.
