We are seeking an Experienced Mechanic to join our team. Candidate MUST have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience working with hot rods, custom cars, and classic vehicles. As a team member, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hot rod and classic vehicles to ensure they perform at peak levels.
Duties
- Perform diagnostic tests on hot rod vehicles to identify issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Repair and replace parts, components, and systems on hot rod vehicles, including engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Perform custom modifications and upgrades to enhance the performance and appearance of hot rod vehicles.
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tune-ups, and fluid flushes.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair procedures, provide estimates, and address and concerns or questions.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to hot rod vehicles.
Qualifications
- Must have your own tools!!
- 5-6 years of experience working as a hot rod mechanic, with a proven track record of successful repairs and customizations.
- Strong knowledge of hot rod vehicles, including engines, drivetrain systems, chassis, and electrical systems.
- Proficiency is using diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and repair issues.
- Ability to perform custom modifications and upgrades with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime and weekends, as needed.
